Ripley’s Aquarium

Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada is a world-class aquarium located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Their mission is to provide an experience that fosters the conservation and research of the natural world through environmental education and exceptional animal care, inspiring and providing fun for visitors of all ages through immersive learning and unforgettable experiences.

Conversions on social media were king at Ripley’s, ultimately driving attendance for return guests and unique event experiences. Through the use of social media we were able to build audience engagement.

We shared user-generated content focused on guest experience and exclusive behind-the-scenes content, peeling back the curtain on animal care, fun facts and all that goes into running an aquarium. In this role, Sarah also managed email marketing, blog writing and website copywriting and editing.
